Joining the CISA Tour and/or entering Tour events couldn’t be easier. Begin your season with the CISA Tour by completing the Event Entry section of our 2013 CISA Brochure. You can enter one event at a time or multiple events if you like. Once you have become a Tour member you can click below on the appropriate entry blank to save yourself time in entering more events. The completed entry blanks can all be mailed to Tour headquarters at CISA Tour, PO Box 309, Gibson City, IL 60936. Event entries should be received one week prior to an event. Those who have a late opening in their schedule will want to e-mail our Event Director Guy Percy at guy.percy@cisatour.com or call his cell at 217-649-6159 to check for openings. In the event you have entered an event and will need to withdraw, contact Guy again to verify that the Tour will not incur a charge due to your withdrawal or your money will not be refunded. Several members prefer to pay for upcoming events while at a current event. That is quite acceptable. You will find the CISA Tour quite accommodating, but early entries do make matters much easier.

Tour Challenge Info
The CISA Tour membership is split down the middle (East and West) by member addresses relative to Route 51. Some 24 players will be invited to attend the Ryder Cup style Tour Challenge on September 28-29 at the fantastic Spencer T Olin Golf Course in Alton, IL. Continue to check the Tour standings as the season progresses. After we play our final event at the TPC Deere Run course we will announce our East and West rosters and post Tour Challenge info here along with the Challenge Entry Blank. Plan on bringing your wife to this event as we will have lots of activities.
